I don't feel safe anymore about posting my images on Deviantart. Sure, I'm okay with Digital Art, because mine aren't that great. However, I do plan on advancing on my photography. Deviantart firstly has an image quality issue with photographs, compared to other sites, the one on deviant art isn't...well...that great.

Hey guys,
I have just created a Tumblr account! At first I was reluctant, but then one of my good friends convinced me into it. Thanks!
My Tumblr account will probably just feature most of the more successful artworks. It will be closely linked to this deviantart too, I think.
It will also have some additional stuff such as 3d models and Work in progresses, not just the finished piece like on Deviantart. Artworks I think won't make the cut on DA will also be going on Tumblr!

Haha! That's awesome mate! Good to hear from you. I think that digital art/graphic designing requires commitment and there are times that it does get annoying or frustrating. Maybe 2 or 3 month ago I was in a similar situation... I had just finished my site (after months of creating it) and nothing really changed. No extra clients, no extra views, nothing! I decided to talk to my girlfriend about it and she said to me that if i keep at it I will get a job, even if it will take lots of effort. So that sparked me up again and I started to get back into it by getting twitter, linked in and signing up to about 10 design forums (i would suggest using social networks, as im sure you already do). I think what is key is keeping at the task, and that's only going to really happen if your passionate about it, imo.
Anyway, enough of me rambling on. Your photos are looking quite good indeed! It would good to see you use those photos in graphics work too maybe? A photo manipulation?
